PC Support Technician

The PC Support Technician provides Tier I/II-level IT support to ensure seamless functionality of Air Force personnel systems. This position supports hardware and software troubleshooting, system reporting, user account maintenance, and facilitates communication with system owners and external IT entities. The role ensures systems used in personnel administration—such as MilPDS, vMPF, BLSDM, and myFSS—remain operational and secure. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide system-level support for personnel-related IT platforms.
• Troubleshoot, install, and configure end-user hardware and software.
• Coordinate with external agencies for account provisioning and troubleshooting.
• Run reports and monitor system functionality for data integrity.
• Technical proficiency in system support and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with military personnel applications and databases.
• Working knowledge of security protocols and networking fundamentals.

• Secret Clearance
• Minimum of 2 years in IT or system support roles.
• Security+ (recommended).
• Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity best practices.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to work on Government contracts.
• Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
