The PC technician often serves as the first point of contact for users experiencing issues with their computers or IT networks. They require strong technical skills in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various hardware and software systems. Customer service skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the service provided. Physical ability is also important, as the role may involve lifting and carrying equipment, as well as performing tasks that require bending or stretching.

What we're looking for

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems 
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain computers and IT equipment 
• Experience with network setup, maintenance, and basic security
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to explain technical issues in simple terms 
• Physical ability to lift and carry equipment and perform tasks requiring bending or standing 
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
