PCA Team Leader Full-Time

Location: Whitehall, PA
Pay: $19–$20/hour + Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, PTO) + Scholarships (up to $750 per semester) + Early access to earned wages + Monthly appreciation events
Requirement: U.S. High School Diploma or GED

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support PCA staff


• Coordinate schedules and conduct training


• Monitor care quality and resolve concerns


• Collaborate with other departments for seamless resident care

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities


• Familiarity with healthcare software preferred


• Ability to stay calm and adaptable under pressure


• Completion of Fellowship Orientation and pre-hire assessment
