Job Summary

Magnolia Senior Care Solutions is seeking highly motivated, self-driven Personal Care Aides (PCAs), Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs), and/or Home Health Aides (HHAs) who are passionate about providing exceptional care and making a real difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing

• Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises

• Prepare meals and snacks

• Light housekeeping activities

• Medication reminder

• Provide companionship

• Assist with errands and shopping

Requirements:

• PCA/CNA/HHA certificate

• Previous home care or facility experience preferred but not required

• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others

• Virginia driver's license (in good standing)

• Current Auto Insurance (Virginia’s minimum requirement)

• Two forms of identification

• CPR or BLS certification and First Aid training

• TB test results

Compensation: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
