• Provide essential health care services in patients' residences with compassion and professionalism
• Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and daily activities
• Monitor vital signs, administer prescribed medications, and support physical therapies
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enrich patients' lives
• Transport and accompany patients to medical appointments as needed
