Description of the role:

We are seeking an experienced CNA/PCA/HHA to join our team at BrightStar Care of Fredericksburg. This is a position that provides a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients.

Location: Lancaster, Tappahannock Area

Job Type: Part-time or Full-time | Flexible Scheduling

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)


• Provide companionship and emotional support


• Light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders


• Promote a safe and healthy environment in the home


• Follow individualized care plans and document services provided

Requirements:

• Current CNA, PCA, or HHA certification in Virginia


• CPR certification


• Recent TB test (within the last 12 months)


• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle to provide transportation for clients


• Passion for helping others and strong communication skills
