The PCB Technician is responsible for assembling, soldering, inspecting, testing, and reworking printed circuit boards (PCBs) to meet quality and performance standards. This role requires strong hands-on soldering skills, attention to detail, and the ability to read technical documentation.

Responsibilities:
- Perform hand soldering
- Assemble PCBs according to schematics, assembly drawings, and bills of materials (BOMs)
- Inspect solder joints and components using microscopes and visual inspection tools
- Troubleshoot, repair, and rework defective PCB assemblies
- Operate soldering irons, hot air rework stations, and other electronic assembly tools
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues
Requirements:
- 2+ years hands-on PCB experience
- Soldering experience
$60,000 - $70,000 a year
