  • Accurately process guest checks, event charges, and point-of-sale transactions as assigned.
  • Maintain clean, organized, sanitary, and safely stocked dining and bar areas.
  • Work closely with culinary, private dining, and fellow service team members to keep events running smoothly.

Education and Experience

  • Previous banquet, private dining, fine-dining, or bartending experience is preferred.

  • A calm, professional approach when handling multiple requests or unexpected changes.
  • A polished appearance and a genuine interest in providing exceptional hospitality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and assist wherever needed.

Schedule

This is an on-call, event-based position. Hours will vary based on scheduled private events and business needs. Candidates must be available for a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and events of varying lengths. A minimum number of hours is not guaranteed.
