PDI Technician

We’re hiring a Pre-Delivery Technician at Jim Shorkey Wexford Kia! If you’re someone who enjoys working with cars and takes pride in getting the details right, this could be a great fit. You will be responsible for ensuring that every new and pre-owned vehicle is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and fully prepared prior to delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on all new Kia vehicles following factory guidelines and checklists
• Remove all protective exterior covers and Inspect for any damage
• Install accessories and perform minor repairs as needed (e.g., battery installation, tire checks, fluid top-offs)
• Conduct quality checks, road tests, and function tests for all vehicle systems
• Document all work performed accurately in the dealership management system
• Follow all company and manufacturer safety protocols and procedures
