PDI Technician

Jim Coleman Cadillac is looking for an entry level PDI Technician to join our Bethesda campus.

What You'll Do

As a PDI Technician, you will perform pre-delivery inspections while supporting our high-volume service department.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform PDI's in accordance with state requirements


• Inspect vehicles for safety, mechanical, and operational concerns


• Identify and document necessary repairs


• Perform maintenance and mechanical repairs as needed


• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-production shop


• Maintain accurate inspection and repair documentation


• Follow dealership, manufacturer, and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Automotive technician/service experience


• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills


• Ability to work on multiple vehicle brands


• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality


• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record


• Additional ASE or manufacturer certifications are a plus
