Position Overview:
Crossroads Chevrolet is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented PDI Technician to join our service team. This position is responsible for performing Pre-Delivery Inspections on new vehicles and initial inspections on recently traded used vehicles to ensure they meet safety and quality standards before reaching our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on new Chevrolet vehicles

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct used vehicle inspections on recently traded inventory

  
  


• 
  

  Check and verify all fluids, tire pressures, battery condition, and safety systems

  
  


• 
  

  Perform basic maintenance as required (oil changes, filters, etc.)

  
  


• 
  

  Identify mechanical or cosmetic issues that need attention before sale

  
  


• 
  

  Document inspection results and communicate findings to service management

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean and organized work area

  
  


• 
  

  Follow dealership and manufacturer inspection procedures

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Basic automotive mechanical knowledge preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Previous lube tech, express tech, or inspection experience is a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  
  


• 
  

  Dependable with a strong work ethic
