PE Investment Associate, Credit - Austin, TX

A leading operationally focused middle market private equity firm is looking to hire a first or second-year Investment Associate on their Credit team.

The firm is seeking investors with a strong track record of leading end-to-end deal processes, including due diligence, financial analysis, valuation, and investment committee materials. Candidates should also have experience working closely with portfolio company management teams on operational improvement and value creation initiatives.

This opportunity offers meaningful exposure beyond traditional deal execution, including time spent embedded within portfolio companies, leading add-on acquisitions, supporting roll-up strategies, and driving post-acquisition integrations. The firm has a differentiated, hands-on investment approach and an excellent reputation for developing and promoting talent from within.

Strong academic credentials required (must have a GPA of 3.6+ and must have SAT/ACT scores 1400+ or 31+). Prior private equity experience is also required.
