Why This Role Stands Out:

• Work alongside pediatric cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, and ECMO/VAD teams

• Scan complex cases post-open-heart surgery and congenital heart defects

• Travel to 7 outpatient clinics to collaborate closely with leading pediatric cardiologists

• Access to cutting-edge imaging technology including Philips IE33 and GE platforms

• Contribute to care in the NICU, PICU, CVOR, and Cath Labs

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Graduate of a sonography program

• Registered credentials: RCS, RCCS, RDCS, or RDCS PE

• Hands-on experience in pediatric cardiac imaging (post-grad training acceptable)

• ️ BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform and interpret high-level echocardiograms for pediatric congenital heart patients

• Analyze, document, and summarize preliminary findings for cardiologists

• Ensure quality assurance, maintain imaging equipment, and uphold lab standards

• Participate in education, mentorship, and onboarding of new sonographers

• Stay engaged in continuing education, QI meetings, and interdepartmental case reviews

• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and specialists to ensure optimal outcomes
