(Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist)

Base Salary: Up to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and additional bonus opportunities 

Schedule: Monday – Friday 

Setting: Pediatrics, Outpatient Orthopedics

Qualifications: 

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology Program


• Proof of current or pending state licensure as a PT, OT, or SLP in respective state


• Minimum 3 years experience
