T&K Pediatric Services is seeking a Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support children as they develop important motor, sensory, and everyday skills. You'll work alongside Occupational Therapists and other pediatric professionals in a family-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist Occupational Therapists with individualized pediatric treatment plans
• Provide engaging therapy activities supporting sensory, motor, and developmental growth
• Help children work toward functional and developmental goals
• Encourage families with activities and techniques that reinforce therapy goals at home
• Monitor patient progress and document therapy sessions accurately
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary pediatric team
• Help create a positive environment where children feel supported and encouraged

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential
• North Dakota licensure or ability to obtain licensure
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
