The Opportunity

This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated
Pediatric Dentist who enjoys practicing comprehensive pediatric dentistry while
building a thriving patient base.

Unlike many practices where schedules are limited by
provider production, this opportunity offers significant room for growth. The
practice has an established patient demand and is seeking someone who is eager
to maximize their earning potential while delivering exceptional patient care.

Current providers focus very little on
hospital -based General Anesthesia cases, creating an opportunity for a dentist
interested in expanding those services and further increasing production.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive pediatric
  dental care for infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special
  healthcare needs
  
• Perform restorative dentistry, crowns,
  pulp therapy, extractions, space maintainers, and preventive care
  
• Diagnose and develop individualized
  treatment plans
  
• Educate parents and caregivers on
  oral health and preventative care
  
• Collaborate with orthodontic
  providers and an experienced clinical team to deliver exceptional patient
  outcomes
  
• Utilize nitrous oxide and local
  anesthesia while coordinating General Anesthesia cases when appropriate
  
• Build lasting relationships with
  patients and families while creating positive dental experiences
  

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited
  dental school
  
• Completion of an accredited
  Pediatric Dentistry residency
  
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
  in Pediatric Dentistry
  
• Eligible for Missouri dental
  licensure
  
• Passion for pediatric patient care
  and practice growth
