The Staff Pad has partnered with a highly regarded, award-winning pediatric dental group in Louisiana to recruit a Pediatric Dentist for its growing practice in the Shreveport/Bossier City area.

With multiple well-established offices and a commitment to clinical support and operational efficiency, this opportunity offers competitive compensation, hospital-based opportunities, and an excellent work-life balance.

Schedule: Full-Time | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 4–5 Days per Week | Multiple Locations

What You’ll Do

Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care across multiple locations, including Shreveport/Bossier City, Natchitoches, Minden, Ruston, and Alexandria
Collaborate with experienced dental teams to deliver high-quality patient care
Travel between assigned offices as needed to support patient care and practice operations

What We Are Looking For

Qualified Pediatric Dentist
Ability to provide high-quality dental care to pediatric patients
Willingness to work across multiple office locations as needed

Guaranteed annual salary of $400,000, with earning potential of up to $750,000
Compensation at 34% of collections
