HireNow Staffing is now hiring three (3) experienced and highly skilled Pediatric ECMO Specialists to join the care team at a premier children's hospital in Houston, Texas. Position Overview:
As a Pediatric ECMO Specialist, you'll work as part of an elite team delivering extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) support to neonatal and pediatric patients. You will collaborate with intensivists, perfusionists, nurses, and respiratory therapists to ensure optimal ECMO management and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage ECMO systems during patient support

• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition and ECMO circuit parameters

• Assist in the initiation and discontinuation of ECMO support

• Maintain strict documentation and adhere to safety protocols

• Participate in simulations, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of ECMO experience preferred, pediatric experience strongly desired

• Background in perfusion, respiratory therapy, critical care nursing, or related clinical field

• Certification in ECMO operations (such as ELSO training) is a plus

• Current BLS and PALS certification

• Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and team-focused
