We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our collaborative and mission-driven team. The incoming physician will join a team of four experienced endocrinologists based at our main Philadelphia campus. Our department values teamwork, work-life balance, and continuous growth, making this an ideal setting for both early-career and seasoned specialists.

Position Highlights:

• Join a collegial team of four board-certified Pediatric Endocrinologists.
   
• Practice split is approximately 85% outpatient and 15% inpatient.
   
• Average outpatient volume: 7 patients per session, 7 sessions per week.
   
• Inpatient consults: 3–5 patients per week.
   
• Weekend call rotation: 1 weekend per month.
   
• Participate in education, quality improvement initiatives, and multidisciplinary case discussions.
   
• Opportunities to contribute to research and teaching medical students and residents.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school  
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatric Endocrinology  
• Clear/ active license 
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills  
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and academic collaboration
