• Call Type: Beeper

• Call Ratio: 1:2

• Call Response Time: 30 mins

• Callback %: 100

• Patient Volume: 5-10

• Phone Consults: 2

• Admissions: 1-3

• Rounding included: Yes

• Support Staff: 2 APPs, 7 RNs, 1 MA, 5 Office Staff

• Procedures:

- Lumbar Puncture

- Bone Marrow Biopsy

• Beds in Dept: 30

• EMR: Epic

- Hospitalists are available to admit overnight (except for new oncology diagnosis)

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active MO License or IMLC

• BC

• BLS, ACLS, PALS

• Pediatric Hem/Onc Trained
