Position: Full-Time
Salary: $150K–$170K annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role:
A busy private pediatric office in Westfield, NJ is looking for a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join the team. You’ll perform wellness visits, follow-ups, and ongoing patient care in a collaborative clinical environment that values teamwork and continuity.

Average patient volume is 25 per day. Spanish-speaking ability is preferred but not required.

Duties Include:

• Conduct physical exams and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop care plans and track patient outcomes
• Counsel parents on preventive and developmental health
• Review test results and coordinate care with other providers
• Accurately document all visits in EMR

• MSN Nurse Practitioner Degree
• Active NJ APRN License
• Board Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP)
• Experience in private practice preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
