Sunshine Pediatrics of Florida has proudly served our community for 19 years, providing compassionate, high-quality pediatric care to families across the Tampa Bay area. With three convenient locations in Lutz, Tampa, and Wesley Chapel, our growing practice is committed to creating a welcoming environment for both patients and team members.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our expanding pediatric team. We are hiring for either a Part-Time or Full-Time position with availability for weekday evening hours and/or Saturday/Sunday.

Position Highlights

• Flexible Part-Time or Full-Time opportunity


• Evening weekend hours (Saturday and Sunday) and weekdays 5 pm -11 pm with total of 30-36 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting hourly rate: $45–$50/hour


• Malpractice coverage provided


• 401(k) with employer matching


• Monthly $200 health insurance stipend


• 80 hours PTO


• CME allowance: $1,000 annually


• Student Loan Contribution Program (eligible after 1 year of employment)

Qualifications

• Active Florida Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license


• Pediatric experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply


• Strong communication and patient care skills


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
