Arbor Therapy is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our Glendale clinic team! If you're dedicated to helping children develop the skills they need to thrive and enjoy working in a collaborative, supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based occupational therapy services to children with a variety of developmental, sensory, motor, and functional needs. Working alongside Speech-Language Pathologists and Physical Therapists, you'll help clients build independence, achieve meaningful milestones, and maximize their participation in everyday activities.

Role Overview

• Evaluate and treat fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, and activities of daily living
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to support optimal outcomes
• Engage parents and caregivers by providing education and strategies for home support
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including speech-language and physical therapists
• Complete timely and accurate documentation of services
• Provide mentorship and supervision to students or assistants when applicable

Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Active occupational therapist license through the Arizona Board of Occupational Therapy
• Valid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (LVP) or ability to obtain clearance
• Experience or interest in early intervention and developmental disabilities
• Passion for professional growth and continuing education
• Positive and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience or interest in feeding intervention is strongly preferred
• Experience with AAC is a plus
• Bilingualism is a plus

Working Conditions

This position requires intermittent standing, lifting, kneeling, and sitting. The role may involve working closely with clients who have developmental, behavioral, or physical diagnoses and who may occasionally exhibit challenging behaviors.
