Position Summary


The Occupational Therapist provides pediatric evaluations and treatment services to help children develop the skills needed for success in daily activities, school, play, and family life. Therapists work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized, family-centered care.



Key Responsibilities



  • Perform pediatric occupational therapy evaluations

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation

  • Participate in care coordination and team collaboration

  • Deliver family-centered, developmentally appropriate care



Qualifications




  • Active North Carolina Occupational Therapy License (or eligibility for licensure)

  • Valid driver's license

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Commitment to providing exceptional pediatric care


Preferred



  • Pediatric experience

  • Outpatient pediatric therapy experience



New graduates are encouraged to apply.



Compensation & Benefits


We offer a competitive Base Plus compensation model that rewards clinicians for serving children and families while maintaining work-life balance.



Total earning potential up to $87,000+ annually, depending on experience, schedule, and billable hours.
