Arbor Therapy is a growing, mission-driven provider of pediatric therapy services throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. As we continue expanding our Mesa clinic, we're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our collaborative team.

What You'll Do



  • Provide direct pediatric occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)

  • Implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that help children achieve meaningful functional goals

  • Deliver engaging, play-based interventions that support fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and developmental skills

  • Monitor client progress and complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation

  • Collaborate with supervising OTs, COTAs, SLPs, SLPAs, PTs, PTAs, and caregivers, to provide coordinated, family-centered care

  • Educate and empower families through home program recommendations and ongoing communication

  • Foster a positive, compassionate, and collaborative environment for clients, families, and teammates


What We're Looking For



  • Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) program

  • Active Arizona Occupational Therapy Assistant license in good standing

  • Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain prior to employment)

  • Active CPR card

  • Passion for working with children and helping families achieve meaningful outcomes

  • Interest or experience in pediatrics, early intervention, developmental disabilities, and sensory integration

  • Interest or experience in feeding therapy is a plus

  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply


Schedule


Consistent Full-Time Schedule



  • Tuesday - Thursday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

  • Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM


Saturday Pay Differential: Employees working the regularly scheduled Saturday shift receive additional compensation for those hours.


Working Conditions


This position requires standing, walking, kneeling, bending, lifting, and sitting throughout the workday while providing direct pediatric occupational therapy services. Therapists work with children presenting with a variety of developmental, sensory, physical, behavioral, and communication needs in a dynamic, collaborative outpatient clinic environment.
