Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) - Katy Therapy Clinic (12 week maternity leave)

Reliant Healthcare Group is dedicated to unlocking the full potential in every child. We are seeking passionate and motivated Clinic Physical Therapists to join our growing team.

This role is to cover a maternity leave at our Katy location for 12 weeks (July, August, September). PT has option to transition to the Cypress or Richmond Therapy Clinic once leave is completed.

PT Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans with measurable goals


• Engage patients with fun and age-appropriate activities to maintain their motivation


• Collaborate with the care team to ensure the highest quality of care
  

PT Qualifications

• Certified Physical Therapist with a valid license to practice in Texas

Basic Physical Requirements

• Must be able to maintain various postures such as kneeling, sitting, standing, squatting for extended periods of time.


• Must be able to regularly walk and run for extended periods of time.


• Must be able to transition from sitting to standing and vice versa independently.


• Must be able to utilize quick body movements as may be required by the behavior intervention plan.


• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.


• Must be able to transfer/position/transport patients and adaptive equipment.


• Must have the visual ability to read and understand written communication via computer, electronic devices, and paper means.


• Must have the manual dexterity to perform electronic device functions such as data collection.
