Pediatric Physical Therapy Lead – Austin Area Amazing Care Home Health
Are you a licensed Physical Therapist passionate about pediatrics and looking to take the next step in your career? Amazing Care Home Health is hiring a salaried Pediatric Physical Therapy Lead to support and grow our pediatric home health services in the Austin area.
Location: Austin, TX and nearby areas! Job Type: Full-Time - Expand your caseload
Pay Type: Salaried with a $7,500 Sign-on Bonus
What You'll Do:
Provide in-home physical therapy to pediatric patients
Help grow and manage a local caseload
Serve as the clinical lead and resource for the area
Collaborate with a team of therapists, families, and caregivers
Ensure high-quality, compassionate care for every child

Responsibilities:
Provide direct pediatric therapy services in a home health setting
Manage and grow a personal patient caseload
Collaborate with the clinical director and recruiting team to expand the local therapy team
Provide support, training, and mentorship to newly hired therapists
Ensure compliance with all company, state, and federal policies and procedures
Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and clinical development
Transition into a team management/administrative role as the caseload and team grow
Current licensure in the state of Texas as a PT
Minimum of 2 years of pediatric experience, preferably in home health
Demonstrated leadership skills or prior experience in a lead or supervisory role
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Passion for working with children and their families
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience building or managing a therapy caseload/team
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Knowledge of EMR systems and therapy documentation standards
