Call Response Time: 15 min

Reason for Coverage: Vacancy - Long -Term Permanent Search

Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered by Agency

Rounding: Both

Phone Consults: 4

Case Mix: Inpatient and outpatient pulmonology, bronchoscopy, ICU consults

Office Equipment Available: Bronchoscopy

Support Staff: RNs: 1, MAs: 1, PA/NPs: 1, Office Staff: 1

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

Temporary Privileges Available: No

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: BC required (Certified)

Licenses: Licensed in PA or Universal License (IMLC)

DEA: Required

Certifications: ACLS, PALS

Fellowship: Required

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide inpatient and outpatient pediatric pulmonology care

Perform bronchoscopy procedures

Provide day inpatient coverage and night call for 7 days a week

Handle phone consults (approx. 4 per day)

Manage ICU consults as needed
