Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

Tri-County Therapy, LLC (“TCT”) is a pediatric therapy company that provides therapy services for children from birth to 18 years old. TCT’s mission is to provide quality therapy to children while building a diverse community of talent where each team member feels empowered to bring their unique differences to work and achieve their full innovative potential.

TCT offers a multi-disciplinary approach with speech, occupational, and physical therapy services. TCT has clinics located in the following South Carolina cities: Charleston, Ladson, Mount Pleasant, Greenville and Anderson. We also provide therapy in the natural environment, including homes, the community and preschools.

• Full-Time- Summerville, SC community position serving children in the daycares, home and clinic settings


• Full-Time - Ladson, SC position serving our largest clinic location 


• Full-Time - Charleston, SC position serving our West Ashley clinic and surrounding daycares, preschools and homes 


• Part-Time - James Island and Johns Island, SC community position serving children in the daycares and home settings

Our Leadership structure provides a direct manager for you and your team, as well as a Lead Speech Language Pathologist to provide clinical support, training, and documentation review. 

Job Requirements:

• Must be actively licensed in South Carolina as a CCC-SLP or applying as a CF


• AAC & Feeding experience are a plus!


• Previous pediatric experience is required through employment or clinical rotation.

Full-Time Compensation Package:

Salary + bonus commission pay structure

Salaries range from $60,000-$85,000+ dependent upon experience and productivity
