Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

Ready Set GO Therapy is seeking a passionate Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our collaborative interdisciplinary team beginning August 2026. 

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic pediatric setting alongside experienced therapists in our fully equipped Sausalito and Novato clinics, with opportunities for clinic-based therapy, outdoor summer camps and groups, and school-based services.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary of $100,000 - $115,000 annually for full-time, based on experience, with excellent opportunity for upward growth. 

Full-Time Benefits for SLP:

· 80 hours of PTO annually, accrues starting Day 1

· 40 hours of sick pay

Responsibilities of the SLP: (Included, but not limited to)

· Evaluate and treat speech, language, social communication, and pragmatic language disorders 

· Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team 

· Provide family and community education

· Communicate with community professionals

· Lead in-clinic play groups or community-based social groups

· Opportunity to participate in Friendship Explorations summer camps and outdoor programs  

· Work alongside OT’s in a multidisciplinary environment

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology 
• California SLP license (or eligibility by start date)
