About the Role:

We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide in-home, patient-centered therapy to pediatric clients in Eagle Pass. You will support SLPs in helping children improve speech, language, and communication skills through engaging interventions.

Scheduling Options:

  • PRN: Fewer than 12 visits/week
  • Part-Time: 12–24 visits/week
  • Full-Time: 25+ visits/week
  • Daytime and after-school hours available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing individualized therapy plans.
  • Support assessment and monitor patient progress.
  • Teach families communication techniques and home strategies.
  • Keep detailed documentation of sessions.
  • Collaborate with SLPs and care teams.

  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.
