Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, licensed Speech Therapist to join our team! As a Speech Therapist, you will be meeting with new patients, assessing their speech needs, and creating personalized treatment plans to help them reach their goals. You will also be documenting all patient care, observing and participating in treatment, and adjusting goals and milestones as needed for the best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of diagnostics, is able to provide compassionate care to every patient, and has excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Collaborate with doctors, teachers. parents and other involved professionals
- Empower families to be involved in their child's therapy by providing them with insightful and helpful tools
- Strong diagnostician- a MUST
- Open-mindedness to new techniques and methodologies
- Hours Needed: Mornings and After School, Possible Weekends

Qualifications
NJ CERTIFIED is a MUST
- CCC-SLP-
- Prefer pediatric experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong charting and documentation skills
