Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 per year

Location: Brooklyn, New York

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Speech Therapist to provide speech and language therapy services for children ages 0–3 in our pediatric early intervention program. You'll play a vital role in early developmental success through evaluation, treatment planning, and family-centered support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct developmental evaluations and speech-language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IFSP goals
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy to children with speech, language, and feeding challenges
• Educate and coach families to support communication development at home
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current New York State SLP license
• Early Intervention experience preferred (not required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) a plus
