Pediatric Therapist – Outpatient Clinic (Florida)

Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 per year

Location: Cape Coral, Florida

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Position Overview:

We are seeking licensed Pediatric Therapists (SLP, OT, PT) to join our multidisciplinary team. As a therapist in our clinic, you’ll work with children with a variety of developmental and physical challenges, helping them build essential skills for everyday life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat pediatric clients based on individualized goals
• Create engaging, evidence-based therapy plans
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other team members
• Document progress and maintain treatment records
• Participate in team meetings and family consultations

• Licensed in the state of Florida (SLP, OTR, PT, or relevant assistant licensure)
• Pediatric experience preferred (but not required for new grads)
• Passion for working with children and families
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with sensory integration, play-based therapy, or early intervention techniques
