• Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday ½ day (afternoon), Tuesday OR all day, Thursday Clinic all day

• Support Staff Available: Yes – works with APP; 1 mid-level under locum’s responsibility

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

• Pediatric urology surgical cases

• Outpatient clinic consultations

• Anticipated procedures/surgeries: OR all day Tuesday

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active Vermont medical license or ability to obtain

• Board: BC/BE in Urology

• DEA: Active DEA Certification

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS

• Experience: Pediatric urology experience preferred

• Other Qualifications: Respect, kindness, and commitment to excellent quality care

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide pediatric urology surgical and clinical care

• Perform surgical cases and outpatient consultations

• Collaborate with APPs and oversee one mid-level provider

• Participate in call coverage as required

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic EMR
