Outpatient Pediatrician

Overview:
We are seeking a Pediatrician to join an outpatient clinic in San Juan Capistrano, CA. This full-time role features a consistent weekday schedule and a friendly work environment designed to support preventive pediatric care and long-term patient relationships.

Annual Salary:
$220,000 to $250,000

Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Practice Setting:
Clinic-based pediatric care

Responsibilities:

• Provide routine pediatric care from infancy through adolescence
• Monitor developmental milestones and administer immunizations
• Manage acute and chronic pediatric illnesses
• Educate caregivers on nutrition, safety, and wellness
• Use EMR to maintain accurate records
• Coordinate care with other pediatric specialists

• Board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician (MD or DO)
• California medical license (or pending)
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively within a care team
