Overview:
We're looking for a Pediatrician to provide care in an established outpatient clinic located in Capistrano Beach, CA. This position is ideal for a physician seeking consistent daytime hours in a patient-centered setting that supports long-term relationships with families.

Annual Salary:
$220,000 to $250,000

Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Practice Setting:
Outpatient pediatric practice

Responsibilities:

• Perform well-child checks and administer vaccines
• Diagnose and manage pediatric conditions and illnesses
• Offer health education and developmental guidance to caregivers
• Complete thorough documentation in EMR
• Refer patients to specialists as needed

• Board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician (MD or DO)
• California medical license (or pending)
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to work effectively within a care team
