Compensation: $240,000+ with Full Benefits

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Primary Care Physician to join our established and growing pediatric practice in Boca Raton, Florida. Led by a team of expert pediatricians, our clinic provides top-quality care to a diverse patient population. We specialize in routine pediatric services such as well-child visits, immunizations, and sports physicals, all delivered with a personalized touch.

Our mission is to create a welcoming, family-centered environment that delivers prompt and high-quality care tailored to each child’s individual needs.

Key Details:
• Base Salary: $215,000–$230,000 (commensurate with experience and board certification)
• Annual Bonus Potential: Up to $10,000
• Patient Volume: 25–30 patients per day
• Support Team Includes: Front Desk, Scheduler, Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), and one additional ARNP (4x a week)

Requirements

Qualifications: 

• Board Certified in Pediatrics 
• Clear and active license 
• 1+ years of experience in Pediatrics Primary Care (2+ preferred) 
• FM or IM/Peds 
• Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered pediatric care 
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills 
• Bilingual: Portuguese (required)
