• Patient Volume: 20
• No of Admissions: 1 (newborn)
• Physician in Practice: 1
• Support Staff: 1 FNP, 4 Nurses/MAs
• Procedures:
       - In House Circs, Ear irrigation, Minor Suturing
       - Covid/Sick Clinic, POC testing for strep
       - Flu, RSV, Routine Well Child Exams and vaccines
       - Covid Vaccines ages 5 -18
• No of Exam Rooms: 6
• Lab Onsite
• EMR: Epic
• Other Info:
       - Will respond to codes: No - unless in the nursery
       - No ICU/Critical Care duties
       - No ER backup coverage required
       - Required attendance at C -sections when requested by OB provider
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:
• Active NC License
• BC
• BLS & PALS
