Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Pediatrician for Community Health Programs, Inc. in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care for infants, children, and adolescents.
• Perform well-child exams, preventive care, immunizations, acute illness management, and chronic disease follow-up.
• Educate families on child development, nutrition, wellness, and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary care team to coordinate high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using the electronic medical record system.
• Build long-term relationships with children and families within a mission-driven community health organization.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Competitive salary from $178,500-$206,500.
• Health insurance with approximately 75% employer-paid coverage.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Eligible for unrestricted Massachusetts medical license.
• Active DEA registration or ability to obtain.
• Commitment to providing comprehensive outpatient pediatric care.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.
