Location: San Francisco, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary Range: $300,000–$310,000 annually

About the Role:
We are looking for a Pediatrician Director to oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of a busy pediatric department. This position provides clinical oversight, drives quality improvement, and cultivates a collaborative, inclusive team culture focused on excellent pediatric care.

Key Functions:

• Provide clinical leadership and regular feedback to pediatric providers
• Design and refine workflows, protocols, and care pathways
• Monitor quality metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to budget
• Integrate pediatric services with other disciplines and support services
• Promote culturally responsive, patient- and family-centered care

• Valid California medical license; no disciplinary history
• Board-certified in Pediatrics, Family Medicine, or Med/Peds
• Current DEA and BLS certifications
• 7+ years of ambulatory pediatric experience with leadership responsibilities
• Experience in community-based or FQHC settings and working with the Black community
