• Compensation: 
  
  
  
  • $265,000 base salary
  
  
  • Bonuse based on RVU production
  
  
  • Quality bonus up to 10% of base salary

  • $40,000 Sign-on bonus
  
  
  • $30,000 total retention bonus
  
  
  • $15,000 in relocation reimbursement
