Are you an experienced RN with a passion for critical care and a heart for pediatrics? HireNow Staffing is seeking a dedicated Pediatric ECMO Specialist for a prestigious children's hospital in Houston, TX. Since 1992, this program has treated over 500 critically ill children, earning the ELSO Center of Excellence designation every year since 2006. As a vital part of this team, you'll make a real impact delivering lifesaving support during high-stakes, emergent procedures using cutting-edge extracorporeal technology.

What We're Looking For:

• BSN from an accredited nursing program

• 2+ years of ECMO Specialist experience

• Previous experience in pediatrics or NICU settings

• Valid RN license in the state of Texas (or compact license)

• ️ Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)

Your Role Will Include:

• Managing life-support equipment in high-acuity pediatric and NICU scenarios

• Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to drive optimal patient outcomes

• Contributing to program innovation, safety protocols, and family-centered care

• Leading and mentoring within a team of driven, compassionate professionals

• Participating in ongoing clinical education and performance improvement initiatives

• Supporting and upholding national standards of care and Texas Board of Nursing regulations
