This position is part of a bargaining unit and governed by a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). As a condition of employment, the selected employee must continue remitting dues or fees to the Union for contract administration. The position will be filled in accordance with the CBA, including consideration of seniority, performance, and other relevant criteria.
