Peer Recovery Support Specialist - FC Family Recovery Court - 702421

Full-time position available as a Peer Recovery Support Specialist for the Franklin County Family Recovery Court. Peer Recovery Support Specialists will provide non-clinical peer-to-peer activities to empower individuals to improve health, recovery, resiliency, and wellness. To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate one year lived experience of substance use disorder challenges and personal recovery On Your Application. Certified or Eligible for Certification as Peer Recovery Support Specialist in Virginia required. The applicant must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record. Salary is commensurate with education & experience as it relates to the position.

Must be willing to consent to background checks, including checks for barrier crimes, and drug screening as part of the application process.
