Job Description - Pega Developer

The Work:

Work with senior members of the team and users to analyze business requirements, translating those requirements in to customized solutions using the Pega Infinity platform. Implement Pega solutions that adhere to platform best practices. Assist the Lead Pega Developer with development work streams, from design through testing and deployment. Will be responsible for coding and unit testing using Pega OOTB features based on the design provided by the Lead Pega Developer. Maintain effective client relations and rapport - delivering timely and relevant information with the ability to quickly identify and report project risks. Post-delivery - assists client teams in supporting the live application and perform handoff and knowledge transfer activities, positioning our clients for long term success.

Here’s What You Need:

Pega Development experience

Possess one of the following certifications: CSA (Certified System Architect), CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect)

Pega Infinity experience

Previous Consulting or client service delivery experience

Specialization in functional area (CRM, deployment, etc.) or industry domain expertise

Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Desire to work in an information systems environment - Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits. You can find more information on benefits here. We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.

$78,600 - $160,200 USD
