Description

Captivation Software has an immediate need for a PEGA Developer to assist with daily responsibilities. 

Candidates will be required to work a rotating pager schedule for emergency 24/7 call-in support as required (roughly one week out of every 6-8 weeks). Staff may charge 4 additional hours for the week they are on call in addition to hours worked.

Responsibilities

• Supports a team of developers implementing multiple workflow products in a customer portfolio.


• Collaborates with system, software, and UI/UX engineers to design, develop, deploy, operate, and manage workflows hosted on a large scale, enterprise application built on the Pega Platform.


• Collaborates with system, DevOps, and UI/UX engineers to ensure workflows are security compliant, accessibility compliant, and meet minimum performance requirements.

Requirements

Security Clearance:

• Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.


• Four (4) years of additional SWE experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree


• Master’s degree can be substituted for two (2) years experience

Required Skills:

• Experience with Pega Development

Benefits

• Annual Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (Depends on the Years of Experience)
