Penthouse Operator (Evenings)

American Phoenix Inc. (API) is an experienced custom rubber mixer, founded in 1992 with the purchase from Michelin of its mixing equipment situated in the former Uniroyal Tire plant, located in Eau Claire Wisconsin. Now operating one of the largest single location custom rubber mixing facilities in America, we are a major supplier of rubber compounds, meeting exact customer specifications for premier manufactures in multiple industries.

Starting Pay: $20.80/hr + $1.50/hr shift premium

Hours: 3pm - 11pm (Monday - Friday)

Essential Job Functions

• Stage raw materials according to production schedule and recipe for the days production
• Open and transport raw materials from stage area to production lines with fork truck
• Manually load hopers with raw material
• Perform set up checks and complete daily paperwork
• Daily work area cleaning
• Operate forklift safely in accordance with safety procedures
• Maintain soap slurry systems
• Other duties as assigned by management
