Role Summary

We're excited to bring someone on board who we can teach, develop, and grow into a key part of our People & Culture team. You'll start with the programs that keep our people organized, celebrated, and set up for success: onboarding logistics, recognition programs, scheduling systems, and the little details that make employees feel valued. As you learn the ropes and show us what you've got, we'll invest in growing you into Talent Acquisition and broader People & Culture work. Think of it as your on-ramp into an HR career with a company that's scaling fast and wants to develop you along the way.

You'll be the person who:

• Makes new hires feel set up for success from day one — profiles, permissions, scrubs, name tags, IT gear, all sorted before they walk in the door
• Keeps recognition programs alive — milestone shoutouts, anniversary rewards, birthday celebrations — so people feel seen
• Becomes the go-to for accuracy and follow-through across scheduling, membership records, training tracking, and certifications
• Has a direct line to elevate employee feedback to the leaders who can act on it

And as you grow, you'll take on:

• Real recruiting responsibility — screening resumes, verifying RN licenses, moving candidates through the pipeline
• Direct outreach to referred candidates, helping shape who joins our team
• A seat closer to the Talent Acquisition Manager, learning what makes a great hire from the inside

Qualifications and Required Skills:

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with repeatable, checklist-driven work.
• Reliable follow-through on recurring monthly deadlines (recognition posts, reward distributions, reporting).
• Friendly, employee-facing communication style; comfortable representing company culture and values.
• Prior experience with Paylocity or similar HR/payroll systems is a plus, but not required.
• General knowledge of virtual platforms and software such as Google (Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
• Interest in growing into a broader Talent Acquisition or People & Culture role over time.
