Responsibilities The People & Culture HR Generalist provides day-to-day HR support to employees and managers across our residential property management portfolio. This role partners closely with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team to deliver consistent, timely, and employee-focused HR services while supporting employee relations, compliance, and key HR processes.  The ideal candidate is an HR professional who is approachable, organized, solutions-oriented, and comfortable handling sensitive employee matters with discretion and sound judgment.  Key Responsibilities Employee Relations Support the HRBP team by serving as a resource for employees and managers regarding employee relations matters, including workplace concerns, policy questions, performance issues, and disciplinary processes.  Conduct or assist with employee meetings, fact-finding, documentation, and follow-up as appropriate.  Help ensure employee concerns are handled consistently, professionally, and in alignment with company policies.  Maintain appropriate confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.  HR Administration & Compliance Support the administration of HR Service Delivery in Dayforce, including responding to and tracking HR cases. Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files in the HRIS. Partner with the HRBP team to communicate policy and process updates to employees and managers.  Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Assist with HR audits and other compliance-related activities. Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information. General HR Support Provide administrative and project support to the HRBP team as needed.  Assist with HR reporting, data analysis, and preparation of presentations or other HR materials.  Support company-wide and HR initiatives, including employee engagement, performance management, talent programs, and organizational changes.  Build effective working relationships with employees, managers, and HR team members across the organization.  Provide occasional support to field locations as needed. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Critical Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field. Working knowledge of fundamental HR practices, employee relations, and employment compliance.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; Dayforce experience preferred. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team. Ability to travel to sites occasionally as needed.
